Stefano Mastria

I like to paint the memory of a journey or a feeling, sometimes with real symbols, sometimes with abstract symbols. I love London and English culture. I love the colors and flavors of the Tuscan countryside and the mountains of Trentino in Italy. My passion for drawing began by observing artists in the square at Montmartre in Paris. Their simple and effortless skill fascinated me.  I found in the use of watercolors and black ink what I needed to express memories and sensations on paper.
